- Password recovery in ACI mode: in order to do a password recovery in ACI mode either in a Controller (using a USB stick with an empty “aci-admin-passwd-reset” file on it, and rebooting) or a switch (using Ctrl-C to break into the loader, issuing the loader command “cmdline recovermode=1”, and booting), it wouldn’t work until the device (either the controller or the switch) were physically disconnected from the fabric. Regarding the switch, it was tested on a spine, not on a leaf.
